Hey everyone! It's finally Friday! Woo Hoo! Today we're pretty much hanging out at home as well are gettng hit with rainy thunderstorms here in the North East, and we're hoping that will take away some of the humidity we've been dealing with here.
Today I thought I'd share some recent projects that I've created for October Afternoon, using the newest collection available, Woodland Park! This collection is so versatile and dreamy in it's colors, I'm just amazied at all the possibilities there are! This layout above, I used the water-tones that are so abundant in this line - just perfect for those summer moments in the water. This past Tuesday, I created a tutorial on how to easily create these fun directional arrows without a die cut machine. You can check that tutorial out, here on the October Afternoon blog.
Next up is a fun page I created using Woodland Park and Cakewalk together for another summertime tradition - visiting the local ice cream truck! This page was used a couple weeks ago on the OA blog for a color challenge that fellow OA design team member, Mou Saha created. It's such a beautiful palette! To check that out, head over to the blog, here.
Last up is this page, which I really love about my little girl, who's just growing up too quickly! I created the pie charts with my Silhouette Cameo and used the reverse from one of those cuts for my journaling. This page was created for my sketch challenge on the OA blog last week - which you can find here.
