Hi everyone! Quick post today. I'm writing this from a restaurant as we still don't have power. Our power company estimates it won't be back until Saturday night at midnight. Hopefully it will be sooner!! But I wanted share a layout I created for Pages of My Book Japanese challenge blog. I am the guest designer for november and I was so excited when Naomi asked me!
This month's prompt was Pure. Here's what I came up with! I immediately thought of the purity of a great childhood and how perfect that is. My kids are so lucky in that way, they are purely happy, which is the way it should be! For the layout i instantly thought of whites and cream tone on tones for my page and keeping it very simple (which was good since I was creating it without power! Lol) I used American Crafts' latest line Chap, which i love, and it worked out perfectly! I really love how it turned out.
Make sure to check out Pages of My Book to see what all the other ladies created for this super fun prompt this month, and give it a go yourself! I'd love to see what you come up with later this month!! :D
