Hello, hello, friends! How's your week been? Mine has been a series of appointments and obligations all week long, leaving me with little time to create unfortunately. But, I had about an hour today to create, photograph and submit something for the CARDS Magazine Blog challenge for the week, and so with a little pushing, I was able to get this card completed. An hour is a super tight timeline for me. I like to work with a couple hours at least.
But I was able to turn to an old friend (my scraps) and a new friend (SRM Stickers) to complete this card for the challenge. The challenge was to use a transparency medium in the card. I keep transparency scraps separate from the other paper scraps, so I immediately found this great piece I had, and I knew it was perfect. Then I turned to some sassy rainbow patterned paper for the background "POP". Lastly, I wanted to include some SRM Stickers for my sentiment for a cute and quick finish to my card. I really wanted to do this on white cardstock so that I could really show you just how wonderfully these stickers blend into your paper. Take a good look, isn't it just awesome?! It's perfect! Just look at it in super close up! You can BARELY see it!
I love how it turned out and it was so QUICK to make! I can't wait to show you everything I have brewing with these super stickers. This particular sentiment came from the Sticker Sentiments - Thinking of You Set seen here:
Make sure you check out the new online SRM Stickers store here! And if you haven't already, go right now and sign up to become a follower over at the SRM Stickers blog - you won't want to miss all the things coming up soon!!
Thanks so much for stopping by today!! I will have lots to show you this weekend and I can't wait to play catch-up!! Have a wonderful Friday!!
