More Scrap Love for CARDS!

I think I must be feeling the need for some sunshine! I am using a lot of yellow in my work lately. Yellow is such a happy color - but in my RL I don't use/wear yellow at all. In fact I've been known to say I can't stand the color. But after years of it being my daughter's favorite color, I find that I now have a soft spot for this light and bright lemony goodness of a color. It just exudes happiness, don't ch'ya think?
I am not sure if Miss Paige is going to see this as a viable submission, but it's another one for her CARDS blog challenge this week to create a love/Valentine's card without red/pink. It has a little red, but it certainly doesn't feel like the main character in this card, so we'll see! :) It was also made using only scraps that I compiled during my major clean-up/re-org of my scrap room.
Hope you are having a happy day! It's overcast here, so I wish I could see the sun! Mr. Groundhog says there's going to be 6 more weeks of winter (ugh), I am not sure how much sun we'll see out here in New England for a while. :) In any case, thanks for stopping by my little sunny spot in blogland today!
