Moxie Fab World - Christmas in the Old Country #2

I have had many great ideas for this challenge at Moxie Fab World, - this and the following post will show a couple of those ideas (note this was when I thought the deadline was a week earlier than it really was - LOL). I am going to try to complete a few others later in the week because I really love this style!!
For this card, I hand cut some Papertrey Ink flower stamps and layered them to give them that poinsettia feel. Then I turned up the top layers' petals and it gives those petals a real 3D effect which I love. I also did more handstitching on this card. I handstitched the frame around the cream cardstock then I also dove right into handstitching the word "Joy". Given the opportunity to practice this technique I think I could master just how to create the letters more cleanly. But since I felt rushed by my own sillyness in misreading the deadline, this is what I pumped out. I think it's a really fun way of making a personalized sentiment / focal point.
